Wealth Creation

For a poor family in Niger, a young goat means more than a pet for a child or a hand-out would – it means an income for life. An indigenous ministry provides goats to impoverished families in the 94-percent Muslim country. "These goats give milk to malnourished children and provide income to the family through sale of the young ones," the ministry director said. "In the village of Tamou, 75 families benefitted from this program. We are very happy to see the goats are multiplying, and each of the beneficiaries already has their own herd." The first-born of each herd is given back to the ministry so another family can benefit; recently, 30 more mothers received goats, creating relational bridges for the gospel. Please consider a gift today so that self-sustaining enterprises such as this can eliminate poverty and expand God's kingdom.
