Thanking God for this ministry, His work and for His beloved children.

Thank you for helping us know how to pray for our brothers and sisters in other countries.

— David and Leota S., CA

You have a great ministry. We are very proud of all of you.

— Owen & Lora Faye M., MO

May the Lord answer all your prayers and supply your need! Bless you and your families, strengthen and heal. We pray regularly for our sponsored child, the mission, and all the people of CAM – God bless. God is faithful.

— Jim and Judy, TN

“I put you on facebook because I want people to know what a terrific organization this is. Even when I write you back with a prayer request, you personally write back . Other organizations don't do this. You care for people groups that other mission organizations can't go into. You teach and support native missionaries and families who make way less than other groups. The goal is to preach THE WORD to everyone. GOD continue to bless you.”

—Mary S. P.

Fallowfield United Methodist Church supports more than 25 missionaries annually. These monies are raised both through tithing and special fund raisers, including our annual Fair project. This year 10 missionaries have been selected to be given a monetary gift to be used for Special Christmas Projects (one of which was a Christian Aid missionary).

— Jim and Judy, TN

Praise God for your ministry! Many others need to do missions this way.

— Sonja K., ME

Evangelism in Bolivian Jungle

For more than 30 years Serving Jesus Christ (SJC) has spread the gospel among some of the most isolated people in Bolivia. Initially on foot and bicycle, then by canoe, these missionaries sought out those living along the remote Itonamas, Blanco, Negro, Iténez and Mamoré rivers.

Boat Ministry

River boat used in evangelism by Bolivian missionaries

Since its inception, SJC has reached over 40 riverside communities and founded nearly 20 churches. The ministry has a big boat named the Sembrador (“Sower”) which they use for SJC’s regular missionary outreaches. Sometimes up to 20 gospel workers will pack the boat and travel days into Bolivia’s interior rivers to conduct evangelistic crusades. When the river becomes impassable they have to stop and continue by foot. Therefore they are in a great need to have a smaller boat and a motor board that cost $ 7,000.

Health and Dental Care Ministry

With the help of volunteers, this ministry also provides free medical services and free dental care which are greatly needed in this isolated river villages where there is not a single hospital. For this outreach the ministry would like to have portable dental equipment that cost $3,000.

Education and Food for Children

Another Project of SJC is it’s after school program named “Refugio”, where food and spiritual nourishment is provided for needy children in Trinidad town. Christian education is fundamental to helping children overcome poverty: it also encourages them to be witnesses for Christ in their community. Bolivia is poor and under-developed so many of its most destitute citizens turn to drug trade to survive. By offering education in the name of Christ to Bolivian’s children, SJC missionaries address this overwhelming problem head-on. For this outreach the ministry is in great need to buy a stove and kitchen utensils for $ 1,000 so they can cook and provide food for the children.

Missionary Support

Many of SJC’s Missionaries work under condition as poverty-stricken as those of the people they reach. You can greatly aid a missionary with regular monthly gifts of $50. Those who commit to sponsor a missionary will receive the name, photo and brief description of the one sponsored.
