Your gift to our Finishing the Task initiative will help us identify, equip, and raise funds for indigenous ministries to spread the gospel where there is no witness for Christ.
By partnering with Christian Aid Mission, you're partnering with a growing army of local believers around the globe. In the midst of hardship, wars, natural disasters, and poverty, these native missionaries are working towards our shared goal of establishing a witness for Christ in every nation.
They are planting churches in some of the most difficult places for the gospel today. And they are reporting unprecedented openness to the message of Christ. Former Muslims, Hindus, and Buddhists are responding in record numbers. What an incredible privilege it is to serve our brothers and sisters on the frontlines at such a time as this.
With your help, Christian Aid Mission will continue the work we started more than 60 years ago: establish a witness for Christ in every nation.
WE COULD BE THE GENERATION THAT FINISHES THE TASK.
In 1976, there were an estimated 17,000 unreached people groups. Today, only 40 years later, there are just 6,688 unreached people groups.
More of the world's population has been evangelized since the year 2000 than in the previous 200+ years of modern missions since William Carey went to India in 1793.
As the number of people groups that attain a witness for Christ increases each year, we know His return is that much closer.
By simply sharing the gospel inside of their own countries, native missionaries have reached the vast majority of these people groups. But in the past several years, Christian Aid Mission has observed an interesting shift in the approach of indigenous ministries around the world. Many of them are becoming more strategic in their outreaches.
We believe the greatest harvest for the Kingdom is yet to come, which is why we have established our Finishing the Task Fund. The requests we receive from ministries throughout the world far exceed our capacity to help them. This fund will ultimately equip Christian Aid Mission to find, evaluate, and support more church-planting ministries in areas still not reached with the gospel.
