Conference Call

Children pray at a kids' fellowship in the southern Philippines, where an indigenous ministry treats them to games, Bible lessons and, for some, their only meal of the day. One boy named Michael came to know the Lord at the age of 8 through such a group. At the age of 14 he said he was interested in formal study, so the ministry director arranged to enroll him in a Bible school. "He graduated and was even assigned to pastor a church as part of his training," she said. "He expressed his desire to work with our ministry in reaching more souls for Christ." Such opportunities would not happen without the help of Christian Aid Mission donors; will you consider a gift to enable indigenous workers to make other disciples of unreached people in the Philippines?

Christian Aid Mission is a 60-year-old non-profit organization that equips native missionaries around the world. We serve as a non-denominational foreign mission board that assists more than 500 ministries overseas with tens of thousands of indigenous or native missionaries in the field. These ministries are currently engaging more than 1,000 unreached people groups in more than 100 countries around the world. Our mission is to establish a witness for our Lord in every tribe and nation (Matthew 24:14) by assisting highly effective native missionaries and our focus is on reaching the unreached for Christ in areas in the world where there is no witness for Christ, where foreign missionaries are not allowed, or where Christians suffer because of poverty or persecution. Christian Aid Mission is generally considered to be the first U.S. organization to assist and promote native missionaries overseas. Since 1997, Christian Aid has been a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).

Missions Insider Report is a free email report from Christian Aid, your link to indigenous missionary ministries based in poorer countries overseas, or where evangelical Christians are a persecuted minority. Please pray for these and other indigenous ministries.
