Prayer Power

An indigenous Christian worker in Egypt prays for a young man at an evangelistic conference for teenagers and young adults. At a recent conference, a young man who had been sexually abused as a child shed the shame over that, along with the shackles of his own sexual misdeeds, when he put his faith in Christ. "At the end of the conference, he kept shouting, 'I am clean, I am clean!' The youth at the conference didn't know why he was saying this, but they were able to see the happiness and the freedom he has in the Lord Jesus," the ministry director said. At a recent event, 70 youths addicted to drugs put their faith in Christ. Please consider a gift to enable the ministry to bring Christ to more hurting young people.

Christian Aid Mission is a 60-year-old non-profit organization that equips native missionaries around the world. We serve as a non-denominational foreign mission board that assists more than 500 ministries overseas with tens of thousands of indigenous or native missionaries in the field. These ministries are currently engaging more than 1,000 unreached people groups in more than 100 countries around the world. Our mission is to establish a witness for our Lord in every tribe and nation (Matthew 24:14) by assisting highly effective native missionaries and our focus is on reaching the unreached for Christ in areas in the world where there is no witness for Christ, where foreign missionaries are not allowed, or where Christians suffer because of poverty or persecution. Christian Aid Mission is generally considered to be the first U.S. organization to assist and promote native missionaries overseas. Since 1997, Christian Aid has been a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).

Missions Insider Report is a free email report from Christian Aid, your link to indigenous missionary ministries based in poorer countries overseas, or where evangelical Christians are a persecuted minority. Please pray for these and other indigenous ministries.
