Update on Pakistan

January 1, 2010

With the generous help of Christian Aid donors, a ministry based in Pakistan was able to contribute significantly to help rehabilitate the persecuted people of Korian. A certain amount was distributed to each affected family for immediate help. The ministry also helped families with patees (a steel trunk). Twenty-five boxes were provided on a weekly basis, handcrafted by local Christian laborers, providing income to their families, and are given to each family. Each family also received one pedestal fan. The leader shares, “Where death once danced, now there is a new town altogether.”
