Equip Church Planters

Saturday, March 5 – Russia

Even as COVID-19 raged, native missionaries fulfilled their vision of planting a church in a major city. A team of young people started a fellowship in the city a year ago, and it has grown to 60 worshippers. The native ministry also holds a weekly meeting for young people, most of them university students, and 20 recently became followers of Christ. Local missionaries in the ministry’s home church hold meetings with teenagers, and in the course of discussing relationships and calling, they led 10 youths to receive Christ. Workers need donations to undertake such evangelism and discipleship initiatives. They request prayer for churches where opposition to the gospel is strong.

“But what God foretold by the mouth of all the prophets, that his Christ would suffer, he thus fulfilled.” (Acts 3:18)
