Thursday, March 3 – North Africa
In a country where the slightest whiff of disloyalty to Islam can bring swift persecution, local workers take great care to avoid attracting attention as they quietly form new disciples. Biblical material that can be played on digital devices brings the Good News and helps new Christians grow in faith, as do text messages in various tribal languages. Small fellowships sprout and worship in homes. Local missionaries train new workers with an emphasis on how Christ appears also in the Old Testament and Koran. They need donations in order to undertake such evangelistic outreaches and discipleship. Pray for healing and recovery for those suffering for their faith.
“For though He was crucified in weakness, yet He lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in Him, but we shall live with Him by the power of God toward you.” (2 Cor. 13:4)
