Friday, March 11 – India
When congregations were prohibited from gathering during lockdowns, local missionaries visited church members in their homes, encouraging them to let go of fear and trust in the Lord. At the same time, evangelists visited new villages, leading one or two families from each community to Christ. More than 600 people were baptized over a six-month stretch. Workers also trained church leaders by sending video teachings translated into their tribal languages. Local missionaries carrying out these and other outreaches need donations of $60 or $120 to cover their monthly costs. Pray they will remain spiritually strong as they serve those under demonic oppression.
“You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.” (2 Tim. 2:1)
