Saturday, April 2 – Kenya
Suffering lack of jobs and natural disasters such as locust invasions and COVID-19, many people are without hope. When pandemic lockdowns kept local missionaries from showing the Jesus Film and holding other evangelistic events, workers continued offering hope by distributing food and proclaiming the gospel at church services. One young, unemployed man was discouraged about his life before a worker shared the gospel with him, and when Christ saved him and transformed his life, he obtained work and now happily serves the church. Local missionaries need donations of $25 or $50 for evangelism and discipleship projects throughout the country. They request prayer for good health.
