A Bible school emphasizes hands-on training so that students learn by doing. They regularly intercede for others in prayer and strive to share their faith with a certain number of non-Christians each month. Local missionaries arrange for them to preach regularly at the worship services of different churches. Practicing leadership skills and spiritual disciplines, students are imbued with deep commitment and cultivate deep conviction. Donations are sought for local missionaries to train church leaders and evangelists throughout the country. Pray the Lord would direct the steps of students listening for their calling.
