Refugees facing hostility and discrimination are losing weight and getting sick as the pandemic eliminates the few jobs that are available. Workers with a native ministry are the only ones providing aid to refugees in one camp. They provide for their basic needs and listen to their concerns, sharing words of encouragement with them. Local missionaries recently helped about 700 families, or 4,200 refugees, with food, blankets, hygiene packages and Bibles. They and other workers need donations of $35 or $70 to provide such aid to refugees. Pray that resources will be available to sustain aid and increase the number of refugees helped.
