Saturday, June 25 - Peru
Local missionaries have planted churches in three poor, ethnic Quechua areas of southern Peru. In rural areas where 20 local missionaries established congregations, four workers traveled to provide Bible teaching and help organize evangelistic campaigns. “We rejoice as the work of God has progressed despite these hard times of the pandemic and political instability,” the ministry leader said. Workers who led a woman to God’s grace also helped her husband repent of his abusive ways, accept Christ and abandon his drinking and idol worship. Donations of $25 or $50 are sought for such gospel proclamation and follow-up. Pray for more Bibles in the Quechua language.
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.” (Eph. 2:8)
