A Syrian refugee mother whose husband abandoned her when she became pregnant with her seventh child was homeless after officials rejected her application for asylum a second time. Local missionaries gave her legal information, helped her apply for an appeal with asylum officials, provided clothing, baby formula and food and arranged for them to stay at a tent camp. Workers provided such aid to hundreds of equally desperate people from Syria and other countries. Donations of $35 or $70 are sought to bring crucial legal, physical and spiritual aid to such refugees. Pray the Lord will refresh workers helping many traumatized people.
