Workers recently visited unsaved families in home visits at eight locations, giving workers the opportunity to learn of needs and share the gospel. The ethnic Lisu that workers have led to Christ are devoted to knowing the Lord more deeply; one new disciple seeking one of the few Lisu-language Bibles in existence received a copy from a worker and, after reading all of it in two months, was inspired by God’s mighty deeds. Workers planted eight churches over a six-month period and are shepherding them while they train up people to lead the fellowships. Donations are sought to proclaim Christ and cultivate disciples. Pray workers will be protected from illness and opposition.
“So he saved them from the hand of the foe and redeemed them from the power of the enemy.” (Psalm 106:10)
