A community so overrun with criminality that women would not dare go out after 6:30 p.m. has become safe again, as the area was transformed when many families put their faith in Christ. The gospel is spreading through Jesus Film screenings, personal talks with workers, community clean-ups and evangelistic events. A woman cured of severe stomach pain at such an event accepted Christ, along with her family. The native ministry recently started five home churches. Workers need donations to undertake such evangelism and follow-up. Pray the Lord would provide for workers and their families and grant good health.
