Burundian Christians gather for church in a pavilion made of wood with a tin roof

Help Provide the Gospel and Follow-up in Burundi

December 20

A team of local missionaries brought the gospel to areas in the northern part of the country and saw 75 people trust in Christ for salvation. Workers also brought clothes for the poor in the impoverished area, where many children are malnourished and lack clean water and shelter. Planning to start a church, workers are returning to the area to encourage new believers, bring more aid and distribute Bibles. Over the course of six months, the ministry has seen 152 people accept Christ. Workers need donations to undertake such gospel proclamation and discipleship. Pray new Christians will form worshipping congregations and grow in love for one another.
