Family members were appealing to several gods for healing from an illness they had suffered for many years when native Christian workers paid them a visit and shared the gospel. The family put their faith in Christ, and in later visits the workers continued to pray for them, seeing great improvement in their condition. In another town, local missionaries visiting homes led seven people to faith in Christ, while two others accepted the Lord’s saving grace in another community. Workers need donations for such gospel outreach and follow-up. Pray that workers will proclaim the mystery of the Messiah with clarity and boldness.

“…meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in chains…” (Col. 4:3)
