Pray that those who hear the gospel message will entrust their lives to Christ. As part of their outreach, local missionaries have built relationships with several individuals with mental illnesses. Due to side effects of their medications, however, these individuals often forget previous conversations. The missionaries discovered that the repetitive nature of hymns and other worship songs is easier to remember, and they now use those songs to share the gospel. “We plan to recruit Christians to form a caring group to sing hymns with them, chat with them, and share God’s love with them,” the ministry leader said.
