Equip Gospel Workers in South Asia

January 5

A woman from a family devoted to a local religion was invited to a native ministry’s church, and as she began reading the New Testament, she felt herself changing within. “One day I felt I was a sinner and prayed to Jesus, and I felt a great joy and peace which I never experienced in my life,” she said. “Then I committed my life to Jesus and took baptism in the church.” She is happily sharing her testimony with friends. Local missionaries spread the gospel in worship services and on Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp. They need donations to undertake such evangelism and discipleship. Pray the Lord will bring about more in-person connections to spread the gospel.

“But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory.” (1 Cor. 2:7)
