Responsibilities include identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding a donor portfolio in the designated region.  Essential to the role is inviting donors into opportunities for generosity, communicating ministry impact and stewarding significant gifts that advance the mission and strategic priorities of the organization. The Major Gifts Officer approaches the fundraising role as ministry, ensuring highly personalized relationships with donors that connect donor passions with the work the Lord is doing through Christian Aid Mission.

Christian Aid Mission seeks a Director of Advancement that is a mission-driven leader responsible for designing, leading and executing CAM’s fundraising strategies to sustain and advance the mission. This position will implement comprehensive strategies in line with goals to secure the necessary resources, with a particular emphasis on major gifts and mid-level giving. A key area of responsibility will be collaborating closely with the President/CEO and Major Gift Officers to strengthen existing portfolios and identify, cultivate, and solicit new major donors, ensuring sustainable growth and deepened donor engagement.

The Development Writer is responsible for creating high-quality, donor-centered content that advances the mission of Christian Aid Mission through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling. This role ensures all content aligns with the organization’s brand standards and maintains a consistent style, quality, and tone across donor communications.
