An ethnic woman maligned a native Christian worker and tried to keep her from spreading the gospel until severe illness drove her to seek her help. The worker explained the gospel, and the villager gave her life to Christ; her health was restored, and she now leads a women’s ministry. Christian Aid donors enabled workers to make weeks-long trips to share Christ with remote jungle people. Recently a couple six hours away by river boat visited a worker’s jungle congregation and accepted Christ, and they have invited the worker to bring the gospel to their village. Donations are sought for such gospel outreach and discipleship. Pray for workers’ safety amid disease and criminals.
