A missionary with a local ministry organized a community clean-up day in which volunteers from her church painted the playground and cleaned up trash. Their goal was to get to know the people who lived nearby so that, one day, they would be open to hearing the gospel message. Their efforts were fruitful, as several neighbors invited the volunteers for tea and exchanged contact information. “I believe that through these small steps God has prepared His special plan and the ministry there will be under His sensitive leadership,” the missionary said. Donations of $60 or $120 support missionaries in their outreach efforts.
