Pray for Christian workers as they learn new skills to shepherd believers. A pastor studying at a local ministry’s Bible school returned home to find the local church not only in a crisis of leadership but also dealing with sin within its choir and family problems among its members. Because of the pastor’s training at the Bible school, he felt confident to preach on the implications of the issues the church was facing. “At the end of that service, the Holy Spirit touched hearts,” the pastor said. “There was reconciliation between the leaders and inside families and a new commitment to follow Jesus.” Donations of $60 or $120 support such evangelism and discipleship training.
