Praise the Lord for communities that are transformed in His name. A village in which most of the people were idol worshippers was completely transformed after a Christian missionary shared the gospel and prayed over the children, who were suffering from chicken pox. “His prayer changed the village as the sick children began to be healed one by one,” the ministry leader said. “The entire community turned to Christ and left all bad habits, such as drinking alcohol and smoking and idol worship.” Seventy people have been baptized, and the villagers meet each Sunday for worship services. Donations of $25 or $50 assist with such evangelism efforts.
