A refugee mother showed up at a European ministry’s offices needing medical help, and soon workers discovered that her husband was physically abusing her. They helped find shelter for her and her children and assisted her in obtaining legal services. Such workers assist refugees from troubled countries in Africa, the Middle East and elsewhere to obtain psychological and spiritual counseling as well as meet immediate needs for food, clothing and medical care. Donations of $35 or $70 are sought to provide such compassionate aid. Pray that traumatized refugees will find healing and comfort in Christ as they struggle to regain their lives.
