Local missionaries are proclaiming salvation in Christ in spite of violence against them and discrimination that deprives Christians of rations and other aid. “Christians, local missionaries and pastors are being persecuted and beaten, but still they stand for God,” a ministry leader said. “They are facing a lot of tribulation now, please pray for us.” Also slowed by pandemic lockdowns, the ministry continued Bible college courses online and in classrooms, and evangelists planted 10 churches over a six-month period. Workers need donations of $60 or $120 for such evangelism and discipleship. Pray for protection for Christians and change in persecutors.
