Meeting the urgent needs of Syrian and Iraqi refugees for food, clothing and medical care, local ministry workers specialize in helping children; they recently opened a school in a refugee camp for 20-25 students, as many children are unable to read and are not allowed to go to Jordanian schools. This ministry has long provided children education, skills development, emotional support and Bible studies. “Our goal is that the light and love of Jesus Christ would shine through us, blessing them in any way we can,” the ministry leader said. Donations of $35 or $70 are sought for such aid to refugees. Pray for the resources, supplies and people to effectively carry out holistic ministry.
