Traveling five or six hours on foot through hilly jungles, sometimes at night, native Christian workers brave disease-bearing mosquitos and other dangers to bring the message of eternal life. At times they go without food if villagers have none to sell them, but the workers leave them with the spiritual nourishment of the gospel, leading 318 people to faith in Christ and planting three churches over six months. “Above all, we depend on God for his power, protection and provision as we travel through the leading of the Holy Spirit,” the ministry leader said. Workers need donations to form and strengthen disciples. Pray the Lord will guide, protect and provide for workers.
