Native Christian workers visited a man who was a hard worker but was addicted to alcohol. He had no peace, but the workers counseled him, prayed with him and told him about God’s love, and he accepted Christ. Pray for him as pressure from relatives and others keeps him from attending worship services. Villages in the grip of black magic and other dark forces are gradually transforming into holy communities as the gospel takes root. Workers need donations to proclaim Christ and strengthen the faith of new Christians. Pray for worker protection and safety, and that the eyes of many people will be opened to the Lord.
