Pray for missionaries in their relationship-building efforts. Local missionaries met a family with six children abandoned by their father, leaving the mother and grandmother to raise them. When the missionaries first reached out, the grandmother was suspicious of their motives, but on their second visit, they shared their Christian faith and told them they were part of a local ministry. As a result, the grandmother’s attitude changed, and she welcomed them into the home. Then, she told her grandchildren they should believe in Jesus and become more like the missionaries.
