Pray that young people will put their faith in Jesus rather than in the world. A local ministry’s youth program brings young people together for regular fellowship during which they study the Word of God, they are free to ask questions, and they are encouraged to believe in the Lord through the most difficult circumstances. “The thing here is to believe,” the ministry leader said. “Minds are opened, and they see things in a bigger, better way.” The teens are also involved in evangelism among the youth in their community, many of whom are addicted to drugs or who have become teen mothers. Donations of $50 or $100 help with such evangelism and discipleship work.
