The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region has been wracked by conflicts and terrorism which have displaced millions, leaving many children traumatized by the loss of family members and causing them to lose years of education. MENA is almost entirely Islamic, and in many areas, children only have access to Islamic education, which emphasizes Islamic teaching over academics.
Christian Aid Mission assists indigenous ministries in MENA who are reaching children with the love of Christ and message of salvation. A ministry in Jordan operates a Christian school for Iraqi refugee children, providing them with trauma care and education they would not otherwise receive, as their refugee status bars them from attending public schools. In an Islamic North African country, an indigenous ministry is sharing the gospel with children through a primary school where they provide Christian education for hundreds of students. Other ministries reach children through outreaches such as Bible clubs and evangelistic camps. As they experience God’s love through missionaries, many children have accepted Christ.
Your support will help introduce children in MENA to their Savior.
